Keegan is an awesome courier driver. Polite, efficient and happy to work with us about pick-ups or deliveries. One of the best courier drivers we have had here.
We can not fault the fantastic service we get from Tony, he has been delivering to us for more than a decade. He's always happy, friendly and polite even when my husband tell him to take the parcel away. He is also very careful while driving around our 2 aging dogs, which is greatly appreciated.

Tony, the Clutha area Operator is tops! Never a problem to go out of his way to pickup, a late package. Infact, always smiling. I am a trader, who solely uses Tony's amazing service, and encourage those I trade with, to check out the Aramex services throughout N.Z. Compare their prices, against other Courier Companies. The Dunedin office don't know how to use the phone on their reception desk. Multiple calls left unanswered over a two day period. Their courier drivers don't know that they're supposed to deliver parcels to the address that is on the parcel. This isn't the first or second time. I will refuse to use Aramex, and will boycott any business that uses Aramex as their preferred courier service. They are that bad.
Aramex is the worst courier service in the country. I don't think it is specifically the Otago branches fault - our local courier driver is great - most items seem to get delayed somewhere between the north island and Dunedin. No point trying to contact them, I assume they don't bother replying because most parcels result in a delay and a phone call. I'm also at the point of chosing a seller on trademe that uses NZPost instead.. Aramex - please don't reply to this with your generic - "we are constantly looking for ways to improve" message it doesn't mean anything and just makes you look worse
Hi Aramex Just a quick review. Since there has been alot of negative comments, I would like to congratulate Aramex for getting my parcel to me before expected delivery. Product dispatched north island Monday and received Wednesday. Well done
Really really slow. We live down a drive and they never deliver to our house, always our neighbours near the road. That is despite the neighbours having a note by the door saying it is not our place, stating the location on the delivery instructions printed on the box, and the fact they know where to pick things up from. Pretty frustrating, definitely happy to pay more for NZ post any day of the week.
Worst customer experience ever, ordered a rare expensive plant off trademe and express shipping of $36.10 was paid and the package still hasn’t been delivered estimated delivery was meant to be Friday so I popped in to see if it was at the depot to be told no it was still in transit, and wouldn’t be here till next week as there is no overnight shipping between the north and South Islands or deliveries over the weekends, then tracking was up dated to parcel being delayed and still 4 days later no up date, I submitted an inquiry on line on Friday but still haven’t heard back, tried to call depot to find out what’s happening but no answer. I have contacted the seller and informed him on what’s happening and now he has said he will be using different company from now on. Package finally arrived on the 15th in a shocking state, even with fragile stickers on the packaging, the box was opened and taped very badly in red tape and the plant and packaging has falling out of the box and damaged, it was stuffed back in and taped to the box in the same red tape, have submitted a complaint on line and waiting to here back
