   Courier cant read an address properly. Parcel delivered to wrong address or delivery instructions. Used road works as an excuse for re-delivery - so apparently they cant read street signage as well? Even after I spoke with lady on the phone, still managed deliver to wrong address. Edit: parcel was marked delivered “safe place” when it wasnt. Got a knock on my door at 6:30pm the courier delivering my box explaining he couldnt access the driveway despite countdown, NZ Post and Amex delivering to my neighbours the same day.

   Avoid these clowns if at possible. They called to confirm address details and said they couldn’t get delivered until Monday… I asked to come to depot and collect so a I could install (car parts) over the weekend rather than wait…. All good, called me back to say package was with driver and would be delivered that day. Wasn’t…… now it’s Monday package still not delivered, no tracking update and their phone is unstaffed. What a joke.

   They delivered my item but didn't follow my instructions and left the parcel outside my downstairs neighbors door that didn't have any protection from the rain even tho there is a side door near by that they could of left it like most other couriers do lucky it wasn't raining otherwise my PC screen would of got damaged not happy with the service

   These guys deliver on behalf of UPS. The UPS app was showing that my parcel from the UK was undelivered / missing and that I needed to file a claim. After spending nearly an hour on the phone trying to find out who delivers for UPS (turns out there's 2 different companies who do) I drove down to the Post Haste depot to find out why my parcel was missing, but it turned out it had been sitting in their office for nearly a week, but they hadn't bothered to text, email or even leave a card in my mailbox to let me know. And not so much as an apology when they handed it over. Terrible customer service.

   I live on one of the most significant roads in South Dunedin. My number is on the door, which opens directly on to that road. My place is exactly where you would look for it, armed with the number and street. It's on Google maps. These people could not find it. I took up their invitation to collect my item. They could not find it. I gave them precise instructions on how to find my house. Two days later, no response. I went back - they say they were about to give my instructions to the driver. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience, let alone any sort of apology, as if they think this is the sort of service we should expect. What is the point of couriers who don't deliver?

   Had two different deliveries in the same week, dropped off at two different locations, with my address clearly written in big letters. Had to pay local courier company to pick them up and deliver to me as post haste wouldn't fix their stuff up. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars.

   I really appreciate being a post haste customer, their couriers pick up regularly as expected and any time a parcel goes AWOL it always gets found and often delivered within 24 hours. What more can you ask. Great customer service, thank you.

   Will not leave goods or take authority to leave goods unattended. This results in the customer jumping through hoops to effect redelivery and further delay receipt as they always try to deliver when I'm at work. I will never use them for my business and tell everyone I come across who uses them that they are a terrible service. UGH.

   Had to call post haste in regards to a package today and their call team were professional, friendly and had every answer to my question. They had to call me back and made sure they did fast and no messing around. The courier drivers were great also no complaints at all with this business. They are definitely the best.if I could do more stars with would be 10 stars.

   When we went to pick the parcel up after the card was delivered, it was still out with the driver. Told we could get in Sat morning -but on Sat morning everything was locked. I tried numerous times to get a redelivery organised but couldn't get past first screen. So I emailed. Fast reply and now have redelivery sorted and fingers crossed the parcel arrives soon. So website needs fixing but top marks on speedy reply to email.
