   One of the Drivers I was following in the middle of the night, going through Balclutha had little to no sense, not using their indicators twice. Not sure about the business and how well they are, so 3 stars.

   Package clearly labelled as 'signature must be obtained' and 'no authority to leave' left without notifying or obtaining permission from me in rural postbox. Clear violation of their t and c. Package sent by dept of immigration contained 2 passports. Manager of Dunedin azap defensively denies all liability. No tracking codes registered by azap so no tracking possible had this package been stolen. Frightening.
