   After a morning of terrible customer service at other nearby establishments, I was served by a lovely, friendly young man who could not have been more helpful. I was buying surfboard wax for the first time for my daughter who is a new-ish surfer, and he advised of the best wax to buy for the type of board, offered surfboard care tips, and even suggested good surfing spots to go for a beginner surfer. Great service, finished what was a terrible morning of shopping off on a positive note

   Love the shop, not a fan of the stoner who’s supposed to be their surf board and skate board “expert” I waited half n hour for him to help me after he helped his friends who showed up after me. He did not have much knowledge on the long boards and their accessories. Not a good look with super red eyes. After my experience with him he than said “I just surf so that’s why I don’t know much about skateboarding it’s meh anyways” as a customer back door products are not cheap. Customers expect a level of professionalism. Also thanks for insulting us skateboarders. Can’t say I’ll be back.

   Got awesome service from the friendly guy with the dreads then went outside and watched a street performance, overheard a very loud female at the counter slanging off the street performer. Very unprofessional. She should keep her rude opinions at home.
