   Absolutely disgusted with Shosha, namely Kyle. We bought a mod from here and had problems with it from the beginning. Took the mod in to see if it was batteries that were the issue, was given two replacement batteries, which I later see I was charged $18 each for. Unsure why there's such a huge mark-up but okay. The batteries didn't change the issue so we called Shosha as we were home by this stage. Spoke to Kyle. Kyle was really rude and dismissive. All we wanted, was some information around replacement/exchange/refund. The question was asked, the response was "Shosha doesn't do refunds." So I asked if he was familiar with the consumer guarantees act, and it just got worse from there. It was like I was trying to pry money from his cold dead hands, he was so against the idea. Reluctantly gave me information on how to contact manager, which I haven't done yet as I am expecting more difficulties of the same kind. One thing is for certain, don't buy from Shosha, overpriced, underinformed and they don't look after customers AT ALL! Happy to have someone from Shosha contact me to discuss this and maybe then I'll revise my review to show that they actually corrected the issues I'm experiencing.
