   I took my daughter to the clinic on 14/11/2025 for ear pain and a foul smell, and wax was removed. Four days later, on 18/11/2025, she complained again of ear pain, so I called the clinic and received a message from the nurse suggesting it might be fluid in the Eustachian tube or a developing middle ear infection, with advice to see a GP, but I was not asked to bring her back for reassessment. My daughter continued to have discomfort and kept putting her finger in her ear, so I called again, only to be told I could bring her in now because more than 14 days had passed and a new fee would apply. This left me feeling very sad and disappointed, as it seemed the focus was on payment rather than my daughter’s wellbeing.

   Rang quite late in the afternoon to enquire about my son being seen . the lovely lady Vicky got me a an appointment for The same afternoon. Didn’t catch the name of the lady we seen that she was absolutely fantastic and gave us lots of advice. Many thank you to this business absolutely fantastic

   I had never had my ears professionally cleaned before. My ears kept getting blocked so a friend recommended Ear Health South in Dunedin. The lady who did my ears was really friendly, explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I was amazed at how much wax came out. My hearing improved immediately. I will be back on a regular basis to keep my ears in top condition. Highly recommend.

   I have always had excellent experiences with Ear Health as a consumer and organising clinics in Rest Homes using Ear Health’s excellent mobile service. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The Registered Nurses are consistently thorough in their assessment, treatment and education of clients. I always feel that I have the undivided attention of the nurse. The nurses are efficient but never appear to be rushed when caring for me. They are competent using equipment and give good appropriate advice. I highly recommend this service and applaud the consistently high standards of all aspects of practice.
