   UPDATE:I know that they claim to have offered compensation below - however that was only after I posted the one star review, and on the condition that I remove it Literally go anywhere but this place. I was charged hundreds of dollars after cancelling my membership because staff failed to process the cancellation correctly. They didn’t reply to my multiple follow up emails and were rude and defensive on the phone when I called the clinic to sort it out. They changed their tone quicky when they realised it was their mistake, however it should not have gotten this far. I had to escalate it to head office, however they too just sent condescending emails asking me to ‘be patient’ when I had been trying to sort this for months (and they were still charging me). Zero compensation has been offered at this, despite it taking hours of my time to get back the money they had taken without my consent. Not to mention having to deal with being talked down to by the unpleasant staff members on the phone when trying to fix their mistake. Given that these charges occurred without my consent, I consider this stealing. At the very least, it reflects extremely poor management and customer service.

   Sadie was knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and explained everything she was doing. Beautiful personality. The team know who I am what results I am after. The clinician is so lovely and chatted beautifully and answered all my questions about me taking my skin to the next level

   Have been a customer here for several years. The beauty therapists themselves are lovely people and technically great but due to a poor customer service culture within this franchisee and what has seemed like a higher than normal staff turnover - I can honestly say I feel just like another number. My experience has been the complete opposite at other Caci clinics throughout NZ.

   It was my first time visiting a place like this and getting a facial and I absolutely loved it! All the staff are lovely and they have hands of angels! I felt comfortable and very informed. I was relieved to finally get on a skin care plan. And the membership is definitely worth it! I highly recommend!

   The most disappointing customer service I have experienced. I have been a loyal member for years and stopped my membership recently as I am moving and communications regarding this were very rude and they were requiring payment for “complimentary” gifts you receive when you sign up. Do not recommend.
