Dusty is a very experienced and very knowledgeable physio. Very good at explaining things so you can understand. I would highly recommend him.
I booked in to do the Pre-natal Pilates, completed my screening documents and arrived early as requested. However, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. Upon arrival, I observed staff members indulging in eating and sipping tea while engaging with clients. When I asked if anything was needed prior to appointment (assuming there must be a reason I was asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early) they seemed oblivious. When I was met by the instructor she didnt know the whereabouts of the completed questionnaire / pre screening documents and displayed minimal interest in addressing my concerns as a client. Additionally, it's worth noting that the Pre-natal Pilates classes here are not conducted by qualified physiotherapists. In summary, the overall lack of professionalism compelled me to leave, and I found the experience quite disappointing.
I was very satisfied with my treatment. More than happy to use their services again.
