Receptionist is helpful but is not very nice. Her tone was rude and unpleasant both times I was on the phone with her.
Friendly and prompt service from the front desk, on the phone and in person. Radiographer was also kind and gentle with my injured foot. Thank you.
Pain during and after CT guided lumbar foraminal epidural steroid injection, but across both sides of lower back & quite sore large area around injection sites for a week, then find out today that there.was a vascular injection midway through the dexamethasone & marcaine being injected, notes made out that it was because of patient movement midway through the injection but this is incorrect - the sharp pain when needle was being placed several times happened before I moved & I only moved slightly as a response immediately after the sharp pain was caused, it would.have been right thing to have told me that this had happened instead of me finding out from someone else, maybe that explains me being sorer than expected straight after the injection & no numbness in leg or lower back all & also feeling a bit off a bad headache, also.holding consent form in his hand until wanting me to sign it & not letting me read.what was on form before signing it is not good, I didn't know I had.been given contrast until after the procedure when I was handed a form showing what I had been given during the procedure, this is a result of not being able to read the consent form before being asked to sign it, this has never happened anywhere else Iv had contrast

I visited the clinic today for a procedure and can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. I was nervous but they immediately made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout. Jodie and Jill in particular were fantastic and another lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. In fact everybody was very smiley and warm. What a great experience!
