I have always found them very accommodating, and all the doctors with whom I have had contact have taken my problem seriously and referred me promptly. The receptionists are also very friendly and professional. Waiting times are sometimes on the long side, but that's something where I've always experienced in any country I've sought medical attention.

Getting along with your Gp is everything: They listen to you and you listen to them and Dr Then is very comfortable to talk to professional and caring. Office staff are good and there's limited parking at the back.

I saw Sarah for my respiratory symptom (just follow up) and I wanted to have her check on my secondary problem again (she previously examined it per cost) which is skin next to my mouth but she declined and asked me to come back (which will cost again). As myself a healthcare professional, I feel shame how some medical doctors changed from serving/helping attitude to dictatory/commanding attitudes. I feel it is considered of denial of medical services for whatever feelings doctors had at that time which is not being professional. I had very good experience with other Māori Hill clinic doctors especially the retired ones.

Incredibly snobby environment felt mistreated and blamed for bad customer service.

It’s the closest clinic to our home and there are some services that other clinics do bot provide, otherwise won’t go there. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes for my appointment. They had booked an appointment on holiday, went there and they were closed! The GPs keep changing, we had 3 different in 1 year. Do not recommend it, unless you absolutely need to.

This health clinic has the best staff. My doctor is the best -- top rate knowledge, thorough, professionals with empathy. The support staff is genuinely happy and we get painless jabs everytime. They are very punctual! I have moved around a bit, had many doctors, and I know I am in good hands at Maori Hill! Top notch!

Dr Linda Wixon & Dr Jenn McDiarmid are wonderful doctors. Caring, kind, helpful & full of knowledge. 10/10 experience there always and 5 star customer service consistantly from Reception staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
