   Half an hour trying to get a receptionist to answer.the phone. Clearly customers aren't valued.

   Went in for an appointment this week and it was clear a few of the doctors were running behind and a few angry patients were getting a bit agitated. The new receptionist was incredibly helpful and nice to everyone and waiting and went out of her way to help people. She went on break before i could get the chance to tell her what an awesome job she’s doing! Such great energy.

   I went it to enroll my family today there but unfortunately they wouldn't accept us which is I'm already enrolled other health care for that reason I can't because they out of capacity but if I don't have any other health care I will be enrolled, I don't know exactly what is going on. But I believe if you are going to enroll there and you are already in health care don't go just to safe time. Also I would like to help your visitors to put outside that you guys are out of capacity

   Generally quite on to it and for sure one of the best doctors in Dunedin by far. Few tweaks here and there for the review to be five star but other than that, this medical center is amazing.

   Shocking and deplorable, from a stand point of medical experience. They prescribed antibiotics when they at the same time admitted that it was not being prescribed for anything treatable by antibiotics. (The over prescription of antibiotics is a huge problem in modern medicine). And , after leaving our account in a credit of $30, a few weeks later we received an invoice and demands on a so called “late payment” for the same amount. We had to return in person with our receipt/ proof of purchase to avoid them charging our account further. In my experience ANY OTHER general medical practice of professionals is better than this place ! For piece of mind stay well away !

   Excellent doctor service here from Aimee and the team. Possibly the best doctor I have had in over 30 years of medical care - extremely caring, very personable and always a pleasure to deal with. Never thought I would have to add "might lose my doctor" as a severe negative for potentially moving to another city... but that's how I feel. Simply the best. Thanks so much!

   This clinic has awesome service. The telephone is answered almost immediately with the friendly and helpful receptionists. The building is not that old and spacious. They can fax the prescription to the chemist of your choice. There are a lot of doctors but I stick to mine as much as possible. They are very efficient and contact the hospital and other healthcare providers on the spot when needed. The nurses as excellent as well. Parking is not a problem and the chemist is just around the corner.
