I've been a landlord for more than 23 years. Sarah is by far the worst I've ever had. She cannot be trusted. I had them managing one of my properties for a few years. A tenant in one decided to move out about a year ago, they made no attempt to find a new tenant. She was intent on attempting to drive the rent down, this despite me providing multiple examples of identical apartments in the same complex being advertised at the obvious market rate. Totally unprofessional, clearly she had a problem with me and vice versa!
