   I ordered a 'Wandered' travel yoga mat from Eco Yoga Store and while I was very impressed with the speed it was dispatched and nice note included in the box (which is the reason why I'm rating two stars instead of one), I was very unimpressed with the product itself, the poor return policy, and the inability to leave feedback on the website. The mat itself, which is advertised as having 'exceptional grip', I found was useless as soon as I got even remotely damp palms. I was told I could not return it since I had opened the package, and also that the problem was my sweaty hands and not the mat, even though I've never had this issue with my original mat which I've had for ten years (also natural rubber). To add insult to injury, I was told I could not leave a review of the product becuase their reviews come from a third party system which selects random customers from which to solicit reviews. I think perhaps there is merit to the claim that this company only publishes positive reviews and customers should be very careful when making purchases as the reviews on the website do not accurately reflect the experiences of customers and for all intents and purposes returns are not accepted. I unfortunately will not be a return customer to Eco Yoga Store.

   Poor communication, terrible return policy and poor products (some of them ok but I wasn't that lucky this last time). Change of management shows. Also they only post the positive reviews on their website - mine, on the mat that lasted a few days, was never published. Zero stars.
