   I randomly picked this barbershop the other month when I needed a haircut before a job interview. I received the most excellent service, much better than I had received from other barbers across Dunedin in 15 years. I got an excellent haircut and beard trim and left feeling a new man! I got the job and have since returned to get the same service. Different barber this time but same quality of treatment. I rarely post reviews but this hard-working team deserve it. Get the hot shave experience, you'll feel great afterwards!

   Got a great haircut here. Probably the most detail focused and relaxing cut I've had in years. And I was surprised at how cheap the price was. I paid 55 and expected to pay 70 or more for the great service.

   Disappointing experience. I showed up for a haircut and was basically told I could wait if I wanted, but the barber was probably leaving — not exactly welcoming or professional. There were no options offered to book an appointment either. I had also reached out several times on Instagram with no response. I’ve had a haircut here once before, and the environment didn’t feel very friendly or customer-focused. Overall, it feels like they just don’t care about their customers. There are definitely better places out there that value your time and business.

   I have been at this barber for 2 years now, and they never miss! All 3 gents that usually cut my hair do it proper justice. Today a new Gent gave me a trim, and while I was skeptical at first, he did an excellent job. They even gave me a discount as it was exactly like the picture I showed them. There was really no need to do that because it came out fantastic, no complaints here!! Excellent customer service and consistent cuts no matter who cuts your hair.

   if i could rate this a zero i would just took my son in for a haircut and what a mistake that was asked for a fade looks like a number 1 all over and uneven then to keep his wee comb over and the barber has just chopped chunks out of it its completley uneven and looks like a 5 year old has hacked his hair it does not sit well long bits hanging down the back short chunks that are visible on top lying down on to longer lengths looks absolutley ridiculous. not to mention the lack of customer service which gives a uncomfortable vibe no manner with kids. also the owener was sitting there taking his shoes off in the shop changing his socks in front of customers. hair everywehre all over the floor from previous people and all over the seats and and equipment. i mentioned to the guy who seemed like he was new and had no clue the the vack was hanging down and uneven he just said its the way it sits and you have to move it up like this he didnt know the price yelled from the counter to ask what the price was didnt evan know how to give change i had to tell him. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BARBER go to fresh prince in roslyn!!! these guys are really terrible at there job unfortunatly and exteamly dirty and messy inside. my son looks ridiculous i now need to take him alsewhere to get his hair fixed

   Decent haircut and decent price but the barber’s station and tools was *covered* in other people’s hair. And when I arrived the barber was just chilling on the couch so it’s not like he was super busy and trying to churn through folks. Really needs to be better in terms of cleanliness.
