    I have just had a very bad hair day so to speak with Jess a hairdresser at Halo. She layered my long hair but one side of my hair had layers and length on one side that was 2cm shorter than the other. She told me that she would not do my hair again and did not offer me my $190 back. I have since gone to two separate other hairdressers to see what they think and they were both appalled. This is not a stain on Halo itself but definitely Jess's unprofessional approach.
