   Went into the store to book some flights and the lady at the desk was very rude when I was trying to ask questions regarding covid- 19 criteria. I know you are busy but I am a paying customer and to hear you say - I’m busy do you want me to book these flight is truely not good I ended up leaving the store and booked my flights myself online with another travel agent. Will not be going back to the Market St Hastings Store
