   Had the best facial this morning with Bec. It was incredible!! Bec recommended a product to me that she thought i would genuinely benefit from, without being pushy and making me feel like I had to say yes. I could tell she knew her stuff!!! Erban Spa were also able to fit me to an appointment after I messed them around and missed my last one due to personal reasons. They were super understanding and I really appreciate the service I got!! Thank you guys :)

   Just to be clear I got both a pregnancy massage and a gel manicure and 4⭐️ for the pregnancy massage. It was an experience that was relaxing. Unfortunately the gel manicure that both my friend and I got was a real disappointment. I decided not to give this feedback in store as I didn’t feel comfortable nor wanted to provide this while two other customers were waiting for their service. The set up was odd - both of us were laying on a bed getting nails done, and my friends bed next to me was unstable to the point it fell back where she was literally laying flat on her back.. could of been worse if there was an actual injury. The lady said it was Something the beds do but why put people on them if this is the case.. it’s just asking for an accident to occur. My nail polish wasn’t applied right to the top of the nails. The lady had to go away and blow her nose a couple times and she had very shaky hands. From my friends feedback, her nails were still rough from not being filed properly. I feel like the service wasn’t worth the $70 so highly recommend to choose another organisation for this type of pamper treatment. Not wanting refund, discount or re-fix.

   I was lucky enough to be booked in for a facial with Theresa, being my first facial I was a little in the dark, but it was the most comfortable, relaxing and lovely experience. My skin is still glowing and so much softer. Thanks for being a highlight of my holiday!

   mmmm sad to say I didn't have the best time here. Got a pamper spa package for Xmas and decided to add eyebrow shape. The package was 2 hours, I went in at 2.10 and was out dressed and back in my car by 4....so with the 15 minute (minimum) for the eye brows I was short changed on my massage by half an hour. NO ONE likes that....I didn't realise until I had left (you know you get a bit woozy after a massage lol) and I did ring them but have not heard a peep back - not the best service.

   I had a two hour massage and facial this morning with Tracey - highly recommend!! Very knowledgeable about what skin care products I should be using and a great understanding of a pregnant woman's body. she gave me her all for the whole two hours and made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to a late term pregnancy massage with her again. Amazing

   This is my number one massage place. I come here every 6 or so weeks to just unwind from the stress of life. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful acoustic music playing. Highly recommend these awesome ladies.
