   Staff are not friendly. They talk about you to the other staff members while they sit there doing your nails. They will overcharge you and not give you your money back, instead they give you and extra stamp on your loyalty card. They are rough and not careful when cutting the Acrylic size to your finger. Their nail work is good but its not worth it. If you want somewhere good, I recommend Diva Nails. They are so much better!!

   No greeting, no welcome, no smile. Rough handling, causing a snip to my finger which bled. Gentleman who did my nails actually had dirty nails? Not impressed. My nails came out okay but the whole experience was not a pleasure. Previous visits were fine, this one not so much.

   Terrible experience. My nails were butchered at the start whilst getting my old gel off, left my nails paper thin with so much damage which can even be seen through the polish. When deciding on a colour I choose a pink which did not at all look sheer and wasn’t given any indication of it being sheer either. After 3 coats you can still see my entire nail underneath and when asking if there was a chance to put a bolder colour on top I was given rude blunt response. On further inspection after I had left, I noticed the polish going over my nail edge as can see in photo. The overall service is rude and I’ve left with the complete opposite of what I came for.

   I visited this week to have my nails done (Gel Pedi and Mani) in time for matariki. Khanh was so lovely, friendly and caring! Which was a pleasant surprise as most other visits have been fairly unpleasant, rushed and rude from other nail technicians. She had excellent customer service, gentle, quick and thorough with nails. The foot massage was amazing, after a hard days work it was soo what I needed. I was the last customer before they closed but didn’t feel rushed at all, Khanh made sure she finished my nails perfectly. I walked out feeling so refreshed and happy. Khanh has restored my faith in Proffessionail, Dunedin. Thank you so much ❤️

   I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and Kevin at Professionail is absolutely amazing! I'm always 100% satisfied and amazed at how fast and perfect Kevin does my nails. His nail art is on point and his nails are to die for. He always has a big smile on his face for his customers and applys his best at his job. Im very loyal to Kevin but have had my nails done by other nail techs at Professionail and they are all dedicated to providing the best set of nails out there for anyone. See you soon Kevin, if I could I'd put you in my pocket and take you home.

   Definitely better off going somewhere else. They weren’t precise or consistent and couldn’t do anything better. SNS crack that very first night after about 4 hours.. It was really bad not to mention they cut my nails wayyyyy too short. It was a disappointment to go to just because the shop is big and have got a good impression but nah…it’s not worth it. This shop is only good if you want to waste money or time.

   I had my gel polish removed here on Sunday, and it was the best removal I've ever had. You would never know I had polish on. Usually, my nails look terrible after. I wish I had taken the young lady's name.
