   A friend of mine took his daughter in to get her nails done. Ignored completely, taking in 3 other customers who were without bookings, while he stood waiting, further told to give them 5 minutes when he tried to get their attention but they never came back. Needless to say he just walked out with a very disappointed daughter. Not great customer service…..nor is there ever an excuse for it

   Went to get my polish removed and the lady ruined my nails. Walked out of the salon with all different shapes and had to pay $20 for her to flick them off with another nail. So bad

   Sadly wasn't impressed today. I felt that the lady was quite rough, and basically hacked at my nails that I had left a bit longer. Pretty obvious on the little toe. I know my feet aren't pretty, but wasn't impressed with this pedicure. The polish obviously didn't set properly on one toe either. Would prefer to email with this issue,but that isn't an option. Will go elsewhere....

   My daughter had her nails done for the first time and she was very happy with it. Second time we chose to go to the same place. Love their work. Nice neat work done, her nails grew out perfectly. My daughter had inspo pics and they made it turn out exactly the same. Very pleased and highly recommend.

   My sisters too much of a nice person to leave a review so I’m doing this on behalf of her. Our usual nail lady is away so she booked with JE for her school formal nails and they did not do a good job. She had to wait 20 minutes after her appointment time before the service even began. She had previous extensions on and had booked a removal and new set of extensions however they left the old acrylics on. This is a pain because her new set won’t last long because the acrylics start lifting away from the natural nail after a while just from using them. The nails look okay unless you go up close and you can see little bits of dust and other strange things in amongst the gel polish and they’re super bumpy. Under neath the nails look no better. The ladies themselves were lovely so I hate to leave a review but just don’t want other people being dissapointed.

   I am very sorry to leave unsatisfied review here after choosing this place for a very high rating. The personal is very friendly. However, i was very disappointed with the service. Yesterday i got a manicure shellac. It looks like it has been done in a rush. You can see on the pic that the top coat is applied all over the finger and what it does it lifts up the nail polish because its not completely sealed. I am worried that it will come off very quickly because of that. I am very upset. Today I got pedicure with a regular nail polish and was dissatisfied again. You can see that the nail polish is not well mixed on a big toes which creates 2 toned color and it is also uneven. I have been also told that its dry. But as you see after i put my sock on and taken off it wasn’t. I have seen beautiful nails on pic and was very excited to try this nail salon. Did my nails for Christmas and ended up with ruined pedicure and manicure that was so so. Very disappointed ☹️ after spending almost $100 for both.
