When we engaged Hilden Law we asked to deal with Bridget Wilcox but we were passed on to Tara Huckle who was overseeing our purchase of a property. Tara's lack of professionalism and errors made during the whole process was not acceptable. The complete experience with Hilden Law was extremely stressful and disappointing. When we wrote and complained after some weeks we got a call from Nigel and he did not even accept that we had been treated unprofessionally, in fact he made lots of excuses for his staffs errors, did not even offer any apology. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
We made a property purchase in March of this year but never realised placing a review was possible. Our service was terrible. Noone answered phones, they weren't professional enough to realise from having our paperwork for 5 days that it included a mortgage discharge and they then changed our quote. On settlement day the person dealing with our case put our money into the wrong bank account and couldn't be contacted. When we made a complaint the leader of the firm just rang us and justified their employees actions and never really apologized. Very poor service and we have recommended to everyone that they select another more professional firm for their property needs and encourage you to do the same.
