I had a restricted test booked to go, and one day before i got a message saying the person who will be my instructor cancelled my test???? And i only had 2 days in Dunedin left???? And i got no spot to rebook or anything. I get he couldnt make it but at least have someone else test me why cancel the entire test its so bad baddd badddd very upseting
Appalling customer service. You can go first thing in the morning and be the only other person in the building apart from the staff and they'd tell you there was no room to fit you in for a WOF that day.
I have been getting my Warrant of Fitness (WOF) from VTNZ Dunedin since 2021, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. One of the best aspects of VTNZ is that you don’t need to book in advance for a WOF, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at VTNZ Dunedin are thorough and professional, checking every aspect of the vehicle. Their attention to detail gives me confidence that my car is in safe hands. I highly recommend VTNZ Dunedin for anyone needing a WOF. Their excellent service and dedication to safety are truly commendable. Keep up good work VTNZ Dunedin Team :)
If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff here are extremely rude and on an absolute power trip. I went in to renew my license. This is the third time I’ve been in only to be told I don’t have all the documents that I need. However, being told that I need to come in yet again isn’t what bothered me. What bothered me is the staff member grant rudely yelling my name across the room and belittling me for not having all of the documents and signatures that I need. He completely degraded me in-front of all the other staff and customers for no reason at all. He was toying with me like I was a complete idiot. Every time I have been into VTNZ the service is rude, however this was extreme. It costs nothing to be nice and have some manners. It is a shame I need to use VTNZ to renew my license, as if it were any other business I would absolutely refuse to spend my money there! Reading back on the reviews it looks like you receive a lot of complaints for rude staff members. Possibly time to teach them some manners or find some new ones?
Apparently my wait time would be approximately 30mins two cars in the line before me, still waiting over two hours later, what’s the point in giving me a time that you can’t commit too. Don’t go here in less you want to take a days leave just to get a WOF, absolutely a joke of a place avoid at all cost
Awful customer service, failed my WOF and took my car to another mechanic who found no issues at all. Went back to have it rechecked and they refused because they ‘had no time.’ Would never recommend anyone goes here, worst service I have ever received.
Discustingly rude old woman behind the counter. Shrugs her shoulders at you because drivers licensing closed three minutes ago. I had been waiting ten minutes.Go to the AA centre on Moray Place. Very helpful there
My brother had his full driving test. He failed due to driving to slow on a busy street. The instructor Martin W is a complete knob end and talks to fast, also talks about random things while the driver is trying to concentrate. My brother is an excellent driver and should have passed, but Martin thinks otherwise also indicated for too long……. Really. Get some better employees VTNZ, you may as well wrap peoples cars up in bubble wrap before they drive.
