   Saw online the spark plugs I wanted were in stock. So went in store and was told at the counter they dont stock them. I advised the store clerk they were advertised on line in stock and had to ask the clerk to have a look. They were in stock and customer service was terrible

   Mosgiel Repco is spot on, mate. The staff are legends, the store’s cleaner than a freshly polished bonnet, and it’s laid out so well you never feel like a stunned mullet looking for parts. Always a top stop — I only went in for oil, came out with half the tool aisle. No regrets. My shed’s starting to look like Repco’s secret warehouse, and the only danger now is I’ll go broke before my car ever does.

   I wish I could give no stars. I have been shopping at Repco Mosgiel for many years. However in the past couple of months the standard of customer service has dropped to the point where I will no longer be shopping there. I have just called asking about the length of a ignition coil lead, the woman I spoke to said it was 50mm then when I questioned that she said it was 150mm, again I questioned that and she said it was 50cm. She was rude and clearly incapable of reading the info. Poor service!!!

   Called in to try and sort out our squeeky wiper blades. Turned out we had the wrong size fitted at another shop. The young guy at Mosgiel Repco fitted the correct size for us and no problems. Very helpful and friendly.

   Loved my visit. The website already helped me select the right wiper replacement for my car. Visited 30min before closing time - no problem, the staff were friendly and when I asked if the person serving me would mind coming out to pop it on the car, they said sure, and it was done in no time. Very pleased and happy with my experience and will be back again. Thank you!

   I had ordered online was a great friendly easy transaction. I was lucky I got a young guy that was super friendly. As when I first walked in there were 3 other staff members not even willing to acknowledge the fact I was standing at the counter. So thankyou young man for doing your job with a nice wee conversation and sincere smile.

   Nice store with helpful staff. Good stock levels and reasonable carpark. Staff will fit done parts for you like wipers by the look of it, unsure if they is a charge for this. Probably nicer than the Dunedin store.
