   I had a very bad experience at this place. Yesterday, I paid $63 for an infill and color. It was applied too thick because the lady who did my nails didn’t apply the polish properly, so another lady had to use a nail file to even it out. I also found it so sharp that it scratched me, so I decided to return today. She reshaped my nails, applied color again, and charged me $45. She still didn’t do it properly. I complained to the person in charge, but instead of apologizing, she blamed me and said it was my fault for not liking the first color. I wouldn’t have come back to change it if they had done it properly in the first place. Terrible customer service. **In response to your reply i have added a photo of my nails one day later. You are lying and unprofessional you should have offered an apology instead of twisting the story. Extremely dissapointed in you and your service. **

   Always happy with Diva! My last set lasted 5 weeks with no lifting or chipping! Had such a lovely experience today with my tech making sure everything was perfect - so much care and attention to detail (wouldn’t let me leave with a smudge I had made myself!)

   I was charged $5 for removal of gel (fine) but it wasn’t soaked off it was filed with a drill which left my toes red and raw from it hitting the surrounding skin. The massage was rushed and sore. This was meant to be a treat for my Mum and we both left feeling really disappointed. Some training is definitely needed. Not worth the price they charge. ** the staff are lovely though hence the 2 star review**

   The whole experience was substandard. My finger nails were trimmed and one coat of normal polish applied for $25. I could have done it better myself. Not a friendly pleasant experience at all.

   Diva does dip nails in an unusual way. They build a base like an acrylic and then paint gel over top. I found it made my nails thick looking and the method meant they couldn’t get close to the cuticle which is not great when you like short nails. See photo after only four days. Wouldn’t go back for this reason but staff are nice.
