   Best nails in Dunedin! Amazing service, Bella is so easy to talk to about anything! Salon is always immaculately clean, comfy chairs and good music. My nails are perfect every time. Bella is a perfectionist with her work, my cuticles have never been so good. These pictures are well over a week grow out and still looking perfect!

   Am not happy with the work done on my nails from Bella today 5/12/2023 at 11am even though I communicated I wasn’t happy with the shaping of my nails throughout the mistakes werent fixed properly and made worser if anything. I can’t settle with this set today and going to go elsewhere to have them fixed.I was told the shaping was due to me having wonky fingers which isn’t true at all and made me to believe she didnt have her shaping up to date but why lie to me and instead just fix it as thats what im paying money for? as you seen my length are not the same they are un even lengths and the shaping doesn’t match nor the french tips they are uneven and the bulky middle finger that has a size too big extension put on. I have had my nails done for years constant and never had I had an experience like today im not happy with paying what I did for what I have recieved and still having to pay to have them re done and fixed. Still a bit of training to do for Bella in my opinion as me walking out and paying what I did today for that service im not happy. UPDATE: Was contacted back from the saloon offering to fix my nails with a different nail technician. Went in today 8/12/23 at 9am and had them re done, much better job carried out by Mary she has done well. Thanks for the turn around today much appreciated. 11/12/23 Response back as things mentioned below are not correct. My nails were offered to be re done in giving I change my review, I was not going to delete but update it as its a customers truths and what reviews are set up. Going back in the second time, I was rudely greeted from Bella and once the work was finished, which was done better from Mary they were then messaging me to delete my review all together where’s I left it with an updated response acknowleding Marys work and their fix up. Not once did I recieve any apology up until their reply to my review which isn’t really one in my eyes. My saloon experiences have not been poor in other places I travel for work, so get them done as I go & support small buisness’s being a small buisness owner myself thank you so please do not re word things. As you see I was not happy the first time as mentioned to why and I hope future customers aren’t treated in this manner with nails and your poor customer service you have given me that has been has been a rare experience. A one star in underated in this situation.

   Wanted to treat myself for an event over the weekend. Not what I would consider a professional job the manicure was messy and the gel polish was uneven and looked like I'd done it myself. For 45 dollars I would not recommend this service and would not go again. One positive was they did take me on my lunch break without an appointment.

   What a lovely space and team. My first visit and I left with a great impression and will be a regular. I had a pedicure, brow tint and shape. Great ladies who have good quality products and care. The extra details made the difference the sugar scrub of my feet and use of products on my face that was soft and luxurious. First class.
