Nice staff and new set up. I got new acrylics put on my nails. Unfortunately several of them are lifting, and 3 arent even glued on properly. Definitely not going back which is a shame.
Terrible! Got a mani/pedi ($120). The lady was lovely and I appreciate her attempting to make the experience better but such crap quality gel and job. Horrible finish on my nails, they're actually embarrassing. My toe nails were cut unevenly and lop sided. The Massage chairs are cheap and dont have a lot of pressure. Kicking myself for canceling my appt at Diva and coming here. Dont bother, save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and as I was going to leave, a lady came in asking for a refund as 3 of her nails had come off in a short space of time. What a crap, expensive and long experience!
Excellent, quick, clean, affordable and friendly service. Have been coming for years and never had an issue! Eyebrow tread + tint and have had waxing done in the past.
I felt super comfortable here and loved the results of my wax treatment!

Really loved my experience getting a facial. Treated really well, she made sure to keep checking in to make sure I was comfortable and made me aware that I had a voice if I would like anything changed. Will absolutely be coming back
Only Ur's Beauty Parlour brilliant! School holidays are here - as I avoid appt I LOVE this small Dunedin business, that I can just pop in! Tried to drive past last week, no parks, but I entered the ‘no exit’ part of the street today, park right outside and out in 30 minutes! Great service, owners and staff really skilled.
