Awesome escape room. Our kids had a great time and staff were extremely nice and helpful when booking, arrival and afterwards. Highly recommended.
Wizard room was a lot of fun for my niece and nephew (8 and 11) but likely too easy for older kids and adults. Staff member was very friendly and it was well organised.
We had an escape room for a birthday party. It was so much fun, and the boys got some exercise at the same time. Would totally recommend this as an activity for groups of teenagers or older. Staff were lovely to deal with, even when I had to change our booking. I’m sure we will be back soon to try one of the other escape rooms.
Awesome escape room! It was challenging but really well designed, with clever puzzles and great attention to detail. The hosts were brilliant — friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience top-notch. Highly recommend!
Would like to point out the young guy who worked here the day we went was great and very helpful. However the escape room itself was lacking, we have done a lot of different escape rooms at other places and found this one the least engaging and exciting. We did the Gemini killer room, and it was not what we expected, majority of the time you are sat at a computer trying to figure things out via chat and google, we had a lot of trouble with wifi connection and computer lags that took up 15-20 minutes of our session time. Set up/decor was decent, however there are a few flaws in the design and execution of the game… One prop needed to figure out a sentence didn’t work properly which also took up session time. We expected more considering it’s the same price per person as most other escape room companies which were very well designed and decorated. If you’re an escape room whiz and have done plenty before, I would not recommend
We had a wonderful experience at Enigma Escape Rooms today, the lady that greeted us was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We did the Wizard Express escape room which was a great escape room for people that haven't done escape rooms before. A great way to spend the afternoon.
Such a cool experience - the clues were a really good challenge, harder than I was expecting (there’s options for hints), neat that it followed a storyline.
Looking for something to do with a 9 year old Harry Potter fanatic at a loose end who had never done an Escape Room before - and we found it! Great to have some one on one time; solving puzzles and having fun. I really enjoyed it and so did she. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality. Yes there is some computer stuff, but there is plenty of practical things too.
Worst escape room I have come across. It is a tiny room with mainly computer puzzles. Was not very interactive. It was a Harry potter theme but just based on being in a tiny train carriage. Very basic puzzles so only took us 20 minutes. Do not waste your money on this. Lower Hutt in Wellington has amazing escape rooms-multi room puzzles not a pokey little side room like this.
