Looking for a place for a late lunch before penguins and could not have guess better! Food was very good and atmosphere was superb, excellent beer. I donβt drink alcohol so I have lemon, Lime and bitters fizz. My periperi chicken was very good and tasty. I stole the best chips ever from my husband burger side!

We booked a tasting flight, from the moment we walked into the tap room the atmosphere was electric. Beautifully laid out and the decor was well thought out and transported you into another world. Our host taking us through the tasting flight was knowledgeable, we asked a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all and had an engaging personality. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The beers were fantastic and the atmosphere continued as more and more people rolled in. Didnβt try any food, but we could see the quality matched their service from scanning plated food coming out. Excellent facilities and they even had awesome merch. Will be back again and again!!

The food here is amazing. Some really nice options from your classic burgers to some more experimental dishes. The chicken burger had beautiful fried chicken with a great balance of crispy coating and lovely moist chicken. The goats' cheese croquettes are a must-have if you love cheese. The atmosphere is really good as it combines a micro brewery feel with an amazing variety of beers and a relaxed restaurant serving delicious food. It can get pretty busy, so if you are looking for food, I would recommend booking a table in advance

Dan the man! Went for the brewery tour with Daniel and it was a 5 star experience! Great tour guide and answered even the most bizarre of questions. My first brew tour in Dunedin and worth going to. Great selection of drinks and food before/after the tour.

It's surprising to find great food at a brewery but emersons does it really well. They incorporate a fusion twist and blur the lines between fine dining and bar food. Keep it up

Great place, great atmosphere. We were looking for closest bar from where we stayed and found this place. Very lively and friendly staff. Ordered 2/3 glasses of different beers each person and meals to share. Came back next day and bought 10 plastic bottles to take back. Loved it!

We had a absolutely delightful 12 hour brisket. It was sweet and juicy with burnt edges. It sat on top of two golden breaded potato fritters. On top, the garnishes included a pickled purple cabbage and sprouts. The plate had swirl of mustard and purple ? Together it was St.Patrick's day extravaganza with an international flare fit for royalty. Do try it. It will knock your socks off. From the young man at the desk who sat us, the wee Irsh lass who was quick cleaver and witty and who kindly waited our table, to the manager who told us about the place and selected our sampler tray of Emerson brews... the service was welcoming, fun, and posh.
