   Had an unfortunate accident where I scraped the left rear door and panel of a new vehicle. I took the vehicle in and was told it would be about a week. I also asked if they could blackout the front. I wanted the glossy look and Nick said he agreed with the look I was going for. I was called up later and he gave me an estimate on the paint work for the front. There was excellent communication throughout the process. I picked the vehicle up and was amazed at the quality of the work. The entire staff were easy to talk to, answered all questions thoroughly and treated us very kindly. I would definitely recommend and I love the paintwork!

   They were able to make arrangements to get the car ready when I needed it, even when I wasn't able to drop it off at a reasonable time. The car was even given a very thorough cleaning, inside and out. This was really beyond and above.

   South City is the best panel beater I have come across so far in Dunedin. Not only was their paint colour matching absolutely perfect, but the quality of the spray matched (or even surpassed) the quality of the factory spray. The car is beautifully straight despite having gone off a cliff and banana'd around a post. Looks like new. I was able to go back and have a few minor things fixed up, which was awesome. I am a very picky person, and as a result, difficult to do work for, but I was very happy with the repair and the service. Thanks for putting up with me, Wayne :)

   Thanks Wayne and Shelley at South city panel beaters in Dunedin!! Such an amazing service from start to finish. I put off getting my car fixed for a few years driving around with dents and scrapes thinking it’s all too hard (especially dealing with insurance) and now my car looks brand new! They even gave it a clean inside and out which saved me an hour of my time. They know what they are doing, no hassles, friendly, helpful and very professional. Highly recommend. Thanks again!!!

   Highly recommend! Such a great team they have, and will make sure to always go the extra mile. My car was in an accident and they replaced my bumper as well as a repaint and my car is shining! They replaced my starter and well as helped get my car sorted relating to another issue! Outstanding customer service, flawless work- wouldn’t go anywhere else :) also, cute doggo as you’re greeted 12/10.
