Even went the extra mile to ensure they met my needs (meeting orientation of the washer and dryer). They were friendly and informative. Highly reccomend.

   The man that turned up to our house , turned up on time, was friendly and told us the problem straight away after having a quick look and told us to be honest it was a write off . He gave us a few options and told us he would get back to us. Even though didn't hear back I rang the company and they sorted out another washing machine for us even tho the warranty was out a little bit. We are very grateful for this thank you for going going extra mile

   The repair man showed up at our house as promised, which was a good start. He was meant to be checking out a loud bang/click noise that the machine makes when turned on, and tried some “easy fix” things like lunricating parts and levelling the machine differently and said it was not making the noise anymore. But as soon as he left again, I used it and it was still making the same noise as before - so that was $325 wasted. He was here for just over an hour and charged an hour and 2 hours of time. When I rang them back again to say it was still malfunctioning, they said it would cost another $200+ to get it taken to the workshop to be reassessed - which seems like a waste of money and time at this stage.

   I used their washing machine repair services for my Samsung machine. My experience is that they are inflexible and inefficient due to a combination of 3 points which would not be so detrimental if they were stand-alone points. 1) Only do repairs between 9am - 4pm 2) Cannot narrow down appointment bookings and can only give their clients a 3h window 3) Strictly do 30min bookings only It is challenging for anyone who works the regular hours of 9-5pm to accommodate their repair services. I can take some time off work to shoot home and open the door, but I cannot take 3h off - problem 1 and 2. When the repairman came, he claimed he had done thorough diagnostics and could not identify the leak so he left after 30min. However, 2 mins after he left, I saw my washing machine leaking before me. When I called to let the receptionist know that I'd need to book another appointment as my washing machine was leaking usually 35-40mins into the wash cycle, she denied allowing me a longer booking (problem 3) and did not offer an alternative solution. I suggested putting my washing machine on a longer cycle before I left for work in the morning so that it would be leaking when the repairman came, however, that would only work if I had an estimated time of arrival - again she was unable to book me in for a specific time slot and said it would be between 9am-12pm (problem 2). Because of their inflexibility, it took them 5 sessions to solve the leak problem (replacing the washing machine door) and as a result caused me 5 times more inconvenience. Lastly, during one of the last visits, the repairman "ran out of time" (again problem 3) to change the washing machine door and left without updating me of the situation. When I called the following morning to ask what the status was, the receptionist told me that I'd need to book in another appointment as the repairman "ran out of time" to complete the job. The least they could have done was to inform me, and one would think that they'd do their best to come back the following day to quickly finish up the job that they had started. However this did not happen, I had to wait the following week. I'm terribly disappointed and frustrated with their services and would definitely NOT recommend their services to anyone. I only used them due to my warranty. This is not just a review but also hopefully feedback so that they can potentially improve their poor services.

   Have had these guys out a couple of times for different things under warranty repair work. Very thorough work ethic and easy to get on with from the lady who answers the phone to the technicians I've dealt with. PLEASE be aware that a lot of the bad reports here are from years back and this business is under a new owner.

   Grumpy thing on the reception phone that could do with a crash course in phone etiquette to customers. Came up twice for repair. Left a mess both times when moving machine around. Could have atleast wiped the machine down after covering it in grease and walking out.
