Some staff were Nice but the man was very rough on my nails he cut the side of my nail I had nail glue all over my hands but just overall very rough wouldn’t recommend coming here also my pinky nail is in a lot of pain from when the man cut it always some of the staff is rude
UNHYGENIC, UNSKILLED & OVERCHARGED!! The only good thing here is “some” of the Staff excluding the MANAGER! She’s not qualified to do eyebrows or nails as both jobs done were terrible!! Eyebrows were uneven, nails were crooked, nail polish had bubbles in it. I was also charged for SNS but given Acrylic & then on top of all that was fricken over charged!! Nails fell off within 8days. It’s not worth the stress, hassle or inconvenience. JUST DON’T BOTHER!!
SO UNHYGIENIC!!!! This place is actually feral they don’t have any hygiene practices whatsoever. No liners in the pedicure tubs and no cleaning of any of the tools which is so foul. They use an electric shaver to get dead skin off and they DONT CHANGE THEM BETWEEN EACH USE! Absolutely disgusting would not recommend. I asked if they use that on everyone and she immediately changed the file pad to a new one which shocked me because that should be standard practice and obviously is not. She also shaved the skin right off my big toe so it’s raw now. Sad that this is such a bad review because the staff is very nice but I would never ever go here.
I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but I just got my nails done here and they are absolutely gorgeous. Best nails I've ever had. The place was clean, staff were very friendly and took care of my nails. They paid lots of attention to detail and fixed their mistakes. Very happy with them. Thank you! Would love to come back but I live in Australia..
Love my nails! Lovely staff, was so busy but they have a lot of staff ready when you walk in. They are all very friendly and I was really happy with the outcome.
Worst place to get nails done, literally filed all My nails out despite telling them it’s hurting, they kept doing. I feel stupid for paying at the end too. No one’s trained, 4 people changes yet all 4 were super unprofessional and needs lots of training.
Went here to get SNS. The price for SNS doesn’t include removal so all up $70 Limited colour choice. Lots of the same colours but nothing really nice. All the glue and top coat was old and super gluggy in the bottle. Left and noticed that the top coat wasn’t applied well at all. Went back and got it reapplied. Sadly it was so thick that it didnt dry properly and now I have a single ruined nail. Really can’t be bothered going back to get it fixed again so I’ll wait til I find an other salon and get them to replace the top coat. Strongly encourage the salon to use the UV light to dry top coats. And would recommend going elsewhere if you want your nails done.
Charged me $125 for a simple nail design when they first told me it would be $65 i had to explain to about 4 people there what I wanted even tho I showed a picture the nails came out clumpy looking and aren't all straight when I asked for them to touch up the design they just added onto it not making it any better this was for my ball and I definitely would not recommend going there there service communication skill and price is not worth is I went home and cried at how much i hated my nails they are far from what i asked for
Nice people, good enough price but I think the polish on finger nails was layered on too thick and even though I sat there for nearly 35mins to dry them they still ended up messing up after I left... Also the lady who done my pedicure didn't massage very long or well...
