   What a gem of a menswear store! Independent shops like this are such a rarity nowadays. Filled with unique designs and items, it’s a delight to browse. Hayden’s customer service was fantastic—such a great guy to chat with. I’m absolutely loving the two windbreakers I picked up and will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Dunedin!

   Passing through Dunedin on Saturday popped in and found this shop. Got myself a Merino Jersey Vest. Can only give 4 stars tho, That is just because they do not have a website. I think in this day and age all stores should have a site so you can see and buy online. so if i want to get items sent i will have to phone or ring and try to arrange it with the store for pics of items before i buy. Please get a website then it will be 5 stars

   Absolutely terrible. We spent $500 in this store 11 months ago. Two pairs of the pants ($70/ea) split. They were only worn a handful of times and my partner is slim. We took them in today to see if there was anything they could do and they said no. Nothing. They didn't offer a voucher, a pair of socks, not a store credit not even an apology!! Disgusting. The man we dealt with wouldn't even listen to me. No goodwill at all. Will never shop here again. You think you're buying quality?! Stick to Rodd & Gunn, their customer service is worth every penny.
