Found that customer service was extremely sloppy . I was kept waiting on both experiences , not being greeted Upon arrival. Terrible experience

Had a very disappointing experience dealing with a very rude staff member. She was about to start an appointment, and she was extremely rude to ask us to leave the area she's doing the fitting in even there we were there looking for suits. Very disappointmented. Would not recommend and definitely won't be going back.

Fantastic place for wedding suits. I opted to go for Rembrandt's 1Buy + 2Rent suit Combo for our wedding party. Renting two of the tuxes mean that we could not force our groomsmen to pick up the bill by themselves. Joshua, the store manager, made the whole process stress free even though I and my groomsmen live in seperate cities.
Loving the R.M. Williams gear I bought. Great layout, location and very friendly and helpful lady serving, I'll definitely be back :)

Well I must say I am very impressed with not only the Monaco Navy Micro-design Jacket (112S) Jacket which fits perfectly (very pleased) but also all the assistance from Mel and your team at Rembrandt excellent customer service. The delivery from online order to arriving at my address was within 24 hours fantastic. I also purchased a Crompton overcoat from a very friendly staff member Robert in Dunedin whilst in Dunedin during the Cadbury festival and that coat is excellent
