   Won’t be coming back here the staff were constantly staring at us. Didn’t ask us if we needed any help went to go and pay for my things at the counter both of them just stopped and stared at myself when finally one of them served me they were very blunt like they didn’t want to help at all.

   Awful service, had 2 car seats in stock which were sale items, told me they wouldn’t give one to me even though I was paying for it on the day because they were unpaid for but “on hold” for other people. Contacted head office and was told sale items could not be put on hold in stores. When mine finally arrived in I was told a long winded story with empty apologies about why I couldn’t have one of the ones in store the day I paid which just made it seem like the staff knew the people they were on hold for and wanted some sort of commission on the sales. Staff member also implied I couldn’t afford the more expensive version by telling me I should get one of the kids parents to pay the extra $300 for it (I was purchasing the car seat for my car for my Nephew).

   They made me feel absolutely awful because I wanted to return a new baby bottle. I have been to this store many times and always had good experiences. Today I went in to return a new bottle and to buy some cot sheets. After I explained this I got a strange look. I was told someone had called earlier asking if they could return a bottle that they had already used and they were told they couldn’t. They said that it was very strange that I was there now to return a bottle. The manager was called. The bottle packaging, which I had never opened, was opened and checked. I was told with an accusing look that they would take it back this time. They made me feel awful. Their behavior was very unprofessional. I don’t know who called their store earlier. It seems obvious to me as they told the person they wouldn’t take back a used bottle that they kept it. Either way it had nothing to do with me. Why would you treat a good customer this way? I am definitely not going back and do no longer recommend this place.
