Very disappointed with service. Paid $65 for a my nails. I had gel extensions. My nails were uneven and some had not been back filled. When I contacted them. I was told I asked for them short. Why would I pay for extensions to have nails shorter than my own nails. Disappointed with response from owner. Will not go back.Sent photos but no response
Prices were high on top of average acrylic price. However the ladies did a great job and looks like the picture. They didn't have the exact colour's but made it work. First time there. Booked app and was on time. Took around a hour to complete full set. Yet to test if they last or not. Happy with the overall outcome. Paid $130 for the full set.
Not very happy with the job this time! My last set at ten was fantastic, unfortunately this one isn’t the same. Had these done 2 weeks ago, meant to be hard gel (builders gel) as you can see it is very thin and flimsy, NOT hard at all. 2 of the nails have broken off. Not meant to happen with hard gel. For $75 I am very disappointed and won’t be going back here.

Unfortunately not a great experience in here today. First time customer, went in to get a set of acrylic French tips. Firstly the lady on the counter was awfully rude, she asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t. I could see they were busy so I said it’s ok if they couldn’t fit me in. The lady was talking to one of the other salon assistants and they said to come back in 30 minutes. She then quite literally huffed, shook her head and wrote it down in the book. She then disregarded me and start speaking to the people behind me in the line. I understand when it’s busy, but no need to be that rude! I came back 30 minutes later, got my nails done and they look awful, to be honest. I asked for French tips and they may as well be half half white and clear polish. I was going to go back in but I actually would just rather go somewhere else and they can fix it. Very disappointed.
Fast service and got what we wanted but the staff weren't very welcoming and were a bit short with my daughter. Beautiful nails though, thank you
Always had such good experience at ten salon. Beautifully done. Had acrylics with gel that lasts me 7 weeks. Decided to try SNS this time round and results stunning. Always happy when i leave. Love pedicure to
