Made an appointment for 2pm. Turned up. They finished up with someone at 2.10 then they had another person sit down to get thier hair done. At this stage I still hadn't been acknowledged so went up and asked how long it will be. Was told I could come back at 3.30!!! I understand a little bit of a wait but not and hour and half. Nor to be knowledged or even a text to give me a heads up they are running late. Poor service
