Kate and her team have shown me so much kindness with some medical stuff going on at home, and I was treated to an incredible facial! People like this make all the difference in the world ❤️

Today was my second visit to Elaines to have my brows and lashes done by Holly - wow!! Holly is not only absolutely amazing at brows, she is so kind, gentle and professional. Elaine’s is by far the best Beauty Therapy clinic in the Napier CBD - Kate clearly invests in her staff, upskilling them to ensure they are all professionally qualified, and up to date with the latest industry trends, knowledge and standards of a top quality beauty therapy clinic.
I was so happy to find the shop in Napier. It is so difficult to find wonderful Dior bar soap. Is there anything more lovely than a woman who is scented from bathtime, by soap, bath oils followed by a lovely lotion. The shop has it all. I was so pleased that they were willing to wrap it up as a gift to myself. Highly recommend the shop.
I came to do the bikini, it turned into a nightmare, the woman was not able to remove the wax from my skin, it took at least 15 minutes to remove a strip of wax that was inked in my skin at the level of my lips, your wax is not at all made to be used and your staff lacks squarely of competence in the field, I find it inadmissible to let a person use such a product on the skin without competence. RESULT I go out with half of my Brazilian bickiny done, I have a huge pain and my skin is downright damaged, and for finalized the woman asks me to pay, you are completely incompetent, I hope my skin will have no problem
