   I don’t think they understand how appointment times work! This isn’t the first time this has happened. We’re given a specific time, then when we arrive, they say come back in 30 minutes. We come back, and still end up waiting another 20 minutes or more to be seen. While I was there, someone else showed up for their booked appointment and was told to come back in 1.5 hours (she also said this has happened to her before). Another lady who had an appointment was still waiting 30 minutes after her scheduled time. And all this happened in the morning, only an hour after opening! Not like it was later in the day when things might naturally run behind. They really need to get their appointment system sorted. No apology to any of us.

   The beautiful Indian lady there is the only person I trust to do my nails. Shes always spot on and is so lovely to be around, I always enjoy my time with her and walk away with the perfect acrylics amd PERFECT eyebrows! Would highly recommend her

   I used to love coming here — the man and the Indian lady always did a wonderful job. However, on my recent visit, I asked for SNS dipping, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The Vietnamese lady messed up the base coat and dipping powder or bonding agent twice — it seemed she grabbed the wrong powder from the shelf TWICE. As a result, my healthy nails were unnecessarily sanded down from her mistakes - I understand we all make mistakes, but cmon 2 times from a nail tech who supposdly does nails all day, Also,no way was I risking a 3rd attempt. With already weak sanded nails and a cut from this lady. After the second attempt, she Was going to again for a third time, but by then, she had already wasted 45 minutes, we were back at square one..normally a sns dipping service would have roughly been completed in this time frame. I had to politely leave as I had another appointment. To make matters worse, she accidentally cut me until I bled, then applied a product on the cut that caused a painful burning sensation. Yes, the cut was minor, but besides the point. 45 mins wasted. I arrived with healthy nails and left with over-sanded nails and cuts on my skin. I love supporting local businesses but, This experience left me very disappointed See 2 photos attached. (You can still see the glue residue from her sanding & the cut. Shiny clear varnish was done at home to make the ugly sanded nails look some ok)

   Eva did my Gel Nails for me, iv never had Gel done before. She did a really wonderful job and also a Beautiful person. I walked in and had no appointment, process took about an hour and a half. These woman and men work very very hard to try and accommodate everyone that walks thru the door. Yes they get up and down , but it’s because they are trying to make every customer happy. Put the time aside and just enjoy the atmosphere of people treating themselves. If you’re in a hurry then don’t expect your service to be quick. Communicate with them if you need to be somewhere at a certain time. $100 for a full set and two repairs. My nails were in very bad shape from biting them off. They look so beautiful now. They are exactly how I asked them to look. Short and natural. Thank you Eva. It was a pleasure to sit with you.

   I normally don’t mind getting my nails done here however…. I don’t think Gel acrylic extensions take 2-4 hours!!!! So be mindful when going in that just a simple set of nail extensions could be 3hrs or more. When I was last there I liked the end product but she cut my cuticle and filled down on the skin at the corners of my nails which then caused my skin to split. *The nail polish started to chip after a couple of days Definitely an alright place but I would say it’s a hit or miss whether you will be happy with your outcome

   Had acrylics removed worst experience ever I have never been to this salon as u always go to Ten salon but I needed my nails removed urgently. Filed down to hard it hurt cut one of my nails to short it bleed and the acetone to soak the acrylics off was dripping all down my arms. Definitely will never return. Staff were nice but definitely don't know what they are doing

   Would not recommend nor return.i had a gel manicure done and asked for 3 coats of nail polish as I normally do due to being quite rough with my nails in daily activities. This was not a issue however ,the quality in which they turned out to be was terrible so much so three nails had to be completely redone only to walk away feeling as though 2 more should have been re done to. The total cost $55 not a fan.

   I got my nails done by Lisa today. She removed my old gels and applied acrylics and gel polish. The whole team was very accommodating to me and my friend. They allowed us to sit together and were very friendly. The nails were done with great care, with focus on each individual nail. They even worked overtime for us without rushing and doing a messy job. They were also very good with the aftercare.
