Beautiful welcome when I arrived, I showed them a photo of what i wanted, acrylic with gel pink nude look oval shape! my nails looked better than the reference photo omg! 10/10 recommend! the care taken the clean up each phase, big shout out to my nail tech Tommy!!
Highly disappointed, do not recommend to anybody. Not only did the appointment take 3 hours for a plain set of nails (with fakes put on), I sat in the chair with half done nails for 40 minutes while they worked on other peoples nails. The other guy that works there came to take over doing my nails while Tommy finished off his Client. He redid my cuticles and ripped one of my cuticles out that has now become infected. I am having to deal with the brunt of the cost for doctors appointments. I have tried getting a refund for what they have done but all they can say is sorry. The place was also unhygienic, unclean and dirty. If I could give it zero stars I would but I can’t so I have to give it 1 star. As I said before I don’t recommend and I’m highly disappointed.

My nails are extra long, super cute, and it was a painless experience with Tommy. Tommy does a thorough job very well executed mate. My lashes are beautiful also I slept through through the whole appointment that's how gentle she was. Love Hello Beautiful!

I went in today and got 16mm hybrids and they came out exactly how I wanted them. She was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I then got my eyebrows shaped and they came out amazing!! Ive always had uneven brows and she evened them up so well!! Will definitely be a regular here from now on :))
