Front desk not entirely warming but I had a Premier Package and Micah was who I saw. Lovely young lady! Very professional, I felt comfortable with her and results were fantastic
Saw the beautiful Haylene today and couldn’t recommend her enough. I started to get a bit dizzy and hot and she did everything to make me feel comfortable. I will be back! She is also great at lashes and brows ❤️

I forgot to review a while back. It wouldve been last year in Jan. The receptionist come across quite rude. I waited in the room with my partner as it was his first time getting eyebrows done and he was shy. So I went in until it was time for my appointment. She dismissed my appointment and blamed me cos I wasn’t by the desk. (She seen me walk in the room all she needed to do was knock and let me know when it was time.)She had an attitude while telling me I lost it & wasn’t sorry at all! Luckily the lady doing his brows was super lovely and said she would do my brows for me. Lovely beauticians but front desk needs to be more welcoming.

Was a lovely place, very fancy and beautiful. Unfortunately when I had my eyebrows done they were not at all how I imagined they would look, I provided a photo of how I like my eyebrows done, also explained how much hair I would like taken off and they were not worth $30. I was left looking the almost the same when i went for the appointment. I also had my first ever massage here, I also explained to caitlin I would like her to talk me through what she’ll be doing, she did not and it made me feel really uncomfortable, please let your customers know when your going to pull down their undergarments and place boiling hot towels on them. Moving forward will not be coming back ever again.

After a booking confusion Lisa managed to make room to fit in my birthday manicure. Hayley did such a beautiful job and took great care and skill. Super friendly ladies - highly recommend!
