I got a spray tan and I have been left looking discolored and spotty. Won't go there again I'm afraid

They weren't very nice. I had booked a first time wax. I walked in and they didn't even say hello, and then Karen looked at me and called me the wrong name, an understandable mistake, but the start of a poor visit. She didn't explain anything to me. She didn't say it'd be hot, or where she was putting it, not informing me at all about the experience, and barely checking in with me during the visit. I asked her if she enjoyed her job, and she said well she's not doing this all the time so she enjoys most of her job. Very heavily implying that she doesn't like this part of her job. She didn't leave at the end for me to put my underwear back on, and I didn't get to have a look before leaving, also there was a chunk of wax stuck to my butt. She also charged me more than what the booking price was, which I was happy to pay, but wasn't told about until the end. Just overall a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend
Karen was lovely but VERY rough with the waxing and missed a fair bit. Also got lash tinting dye in my eyes. Next day my skin is very sore and red from where she waxed me. For the price I'd expect a little gentler and more time taken to make clients comfortable and not add unnecessary pain.
The ONLY beauty salon in Napier that could accommodate two of us having treatments at the same time! We had the heavenly back massage and luxury facial package, quite affordable for what you get. They use Dermatologica products which are great quality and smell divine. Karen and colleague were extra professional and we had a great rejuvenating experience, highly recommend!
