Thoroughly enjoy visiting Mphosis everytime I have an appointment. The staff are friendly, helpful and listen to what I requested for my hair. In instances where I have asked for something that wasn't attainable I have been educated on why it won't work for my hair type or because of Damage Etc. Highly Highly recommend the entire team.

Easily one of the best choices I made was to start coming here regularly - there's a huge effort from all the staff to make you feel welcome and looked after. They make contact at regular intervals between appointments to see if you need to book in again, and keep their own notes based on previous appointments with them for a consistent track record of what treatments or styles you've had in the past.

My two girls and I came in today, they were really accommodating and we all love our haircuts (and colour for me). With the new Covid framework, we felt confident that all procedures possible were taken; staff and clients were masked and distanced, vaccine certs checked, areas cleaned down between clients, sanitiser available. We'll be back.
First time having my hair cut here last week & I couldn’t be happier! Gaylene did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted! She actually listened to what I wanted and then delivered...it’s a lovely spacious, light salon too...highly recommend
My daughter loves her hair, they make the best hot chocolate and are really nice
