Upul always gives an exceptional cut and nice head massage to finish. Staff are super friendly too 10/10 recommend
Went in no hello, how are you from staff. They give you the side eye and just stare at you . Its always awkard and very uncomfortable when in there as they aren't very nice. They yell at people if they move when cutting their hair. Overall do not go to this place, go to hair 2 go the people are nicer.
Worst experience I've ever had after my 3 year old was yelled at by a staff member and told to stay still and sit down, never have I experienced such disgusting behavior towards a child. Absolute bully
They were super fast and efficient concidering it's a walk in place gave my son what he wanted no random long bits or weirdo side burns like hair to go
Really poor customer service; Cut into my son's eyebrow, however, my son noticed on our drive home. Rang them, and they just denied it and said she saw it however didn't want to say anything, and then changed her story and said my son must have done that to himself. The "manager" and the hairdresser just laughed in the background, and didn't take our concern seriously. We paid the $34 for the cut. (Prices have apparently gone up from $29) Unprofessional service. An apology would have fixed this. Been going here for a few years, now they have lost a local loyal customer. Good bye.
Have been here for my toddler twice and the ladies here are fabulous. They were very kind and nice. Will definitely suggest hair wizards. Moreover no appointment which is a plus as we can drop in according to my toddler's mood.
