The service here was non-existent. We were the only people in the store and we didn't get acknowledged or helped. This was my third visit to the store and each time was met w very rude staff. Do better. You're letting the JW brand down
Brilliant service which is very hard to come by these days. :)
Went to a opposition sore and was treated terrible. Found jeans west and couldn't of got a better sales staff. Nichola helped me decide what I needed and got amazing price. Now have customer for life .thank you so much for your great service.
Just received the worst service in this store, the assistant couldn't be more rude and insulting. The shop is half empty and what is in stock is old- fashioned , no wonder the assistant was out of touch with what is in fashion and available at other retailers like Decjuba and Levi's.
