Went into store and was trying on a top. Was quite upset when i had asked a worker what her opinion was on the shirt i had tried on but also if it was meant to have that fit. She was very rude saying she hasn’t heard anyone complain about it. I did explain that I wasn’t complaining but just asking if it was meant to fit that way. Her comments and the tone of voice was very harsh. I hope that this does reach her and that she understands when a customer asks for an opinion they’re wanting their opinion on THEIR products that they should be familiar with. Very disappointed.
Most of their clothing isn’t aimed at older women but a few items are alright ie skirts, long sleeved shirts, oversized tops (not that I’m big or anything). Also, pure cotton is very hard to find, most have polyester mix. Linen that they sell is most unsuitable for summer - far too hot and uncomfortable! On the whole they are not like they used to be. Standards have declined, the salespeople are ‘toddlers’ and appear to be inexperienced.
Staff stayed late to help help my daughter find the perfect outfit- cannot thank them enough!
Love the clothes but the workers are extremely judgemental and unfriendly. Almost every time that I have entered this store I have received the exact same rude treatment. It's not hard to smile!
Really amazing customer service! I used to hate going in store as there used to be a very judgy vibe, but every time I've gone in this past month has been awesome. Everyone has been super helpful, and the manager in particular was super accomodating with a friend's exchange process, and has made the store a welcoming place that I want to shop at more than I already do!
I used to come here often as a student but stopped as I often felt judged. I order offline now for this reason. I love the selection but there is no reason for the attitude from some of the staff.
Haven't been in for a while, was pleasantly surprised by how streamlined it now is, less clutter. And the staff greeted me, asked if I needed help with anything, then left me to browse. I'm not a fan of 'fussing' shop assistants. I did wish they still had their 'sale section' tho.
I've never went shopping and got such nice services! Felt like I had a personal assistant while shopping. The clothes is great quality. But sometimes I feel that some items might be too expensive for little material, so I can't get myself to buy certain things, but ussaully I end up with something I'm satisfied with.
