The very helpful and knowledgeable young gentleman helped my reluctant shopper husband choose two pairs of jeans. He listened to the requirements and knew immediately which jeans would be suitable out of a huge number which they have in stock. They have turned out to be very comfortable so many thanks. Today I was in the store and received help from a girl with glasses whose name I unfortunately don't know. But she was very kind and helpful in helping me find the right size. If I need jeans, I already know where to go.
Went in to buy my first pair of jeans after 2 years, was actually really nervous about it, because I always end up buying the wrong thing. Alice looked after me and was absolutely fantastic, I now have a great pair of jeans (and a jacket the next day). Thank you so much for making it easy.
This store was well stocked. Clothes were well priced. There are really good deals. I got a pair of Levi’s Chinos that were originally priced at $110. But because I noticed they were cheaper on the online store, the salesperson honoured the online deal and I got them for $84. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Only fault is that when I got home I realised a security tag was still on the chinos. But I had folded them up before purchasing at checkout in their defence. But overall I was extremely pleased with my experience and will be back soon.

I was in store at 1720 as was held up at work dealing with a late customer. First comment I received from staff was we are closing in 5 minutes and then proceeded to ignore me while staff talked to each other. I went to another store across road and got great service . 1st and last time there.
Staff started out great but then decided it took two people to serve one person at counter. Then proceeded to chat to each other. Then told me jeans that might fit daughter would be too expensive! I had to ask them to show me where they were! Found something in the end but holy moly, customer service, not the best.
