   Previously had great experiences in this store, never an issue and always walked away happy with my items. However when we went in today with intentions of purchasing a few items, we were entirely put off by the woman behind the counter who proceeded to follow closely behind us around the store. We were also the only people in the store at the time and were made to feel so uncomfortable we left without getting what we had gone in for. It's not a great shopping experience when you feel like you're being profiled.

   One of the most helpful sales people I’ve ever had. She helped me choose the right size, even asking me to ‘humour her’ and try on a size smaller than the one I chose to make sure I had the best fit. Definitely will shop there again, next time Im in Napier.

   Have always loved the store but today this grumpy cow thought it would be nice to tell me the clothes I’d picked out to try on wouldn’t fit me. Not in a nice tone either, proceeded to give me and my friend dirty looks would not recommend the store if this hag is working. Horrible experience.

   Will never return to this shop again. Made a comment about the sizing (3XL would be a medium/ large at best) and the owner (told me herself) was unbelievably rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. This lady should not be in customer service.
