    Had the most terrible experience ever in my 60yrs. I was looking for a wedding outfit tried on 2 outfits. No helpful service. From shop assistant, Busy catching up with friend at counter. Tried on outfits which I loved, but they didn't love my figure. Went back to counter both woman were still talking. Got told to put cloths on hanger. Got into conversation about what I was wanting. Please note I was dressed in track pants and baggy top which I perchased from TCD for $295 dressed tidy but casual. Was saying how finding hard to find my style. Only to be told by assistance friend maybe I should try op shop.. Never have I been so very insulted. Don't get me wrong I have picked up pieces over the years from there. But to be ignored while in shop and then told to view a op shop was mortifing. I left and spent my money in another shop $695.00 never judge a book by its cover. And I will never step foot in there again. Or will tell anybody to go there. Please sort staffing at this store. RUDE!!!!

    I purchased a lace top recently and have worn it 2-3 times. It’s lovely but I’ve noticed that the fabric is pulling and fluffing. Disappointed as the quality of the fabric is a real let down especially when paying reasonably high prices for the clothing.

    Absolutely appalling service from staff member by the name of Rosie. If i could rate this a -0 i would. Needs to learn basic customer service if she wants to work in Retail. Such a nasty person to deal with.
