I recently went into Dotti to buy something nice for my granddaughter. I only had a photo as I didn't know her size. The staff member was so helpful and picked out some lovely outfits. Everything I bought was perfect. My granddaughter was very happy and so was I. Dotti is a great store for the young ones and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
The shop has good clothes and prices but customer service sucks. Staff don't greet customers and are not helpful at all. They chat to one another at the counter and don't acknowledge customers. Unacceptable.

2/10/2021 @1.pm , the pereon who served us was soo rude and we can see that she is not enjoying her job. It can be a bad day for her, but looks like she is taking it out from the customers. After the transaction she almost threw the bag at us. So unprofessional.
Great prices and range of clothes but as of recently the customer service is very disappointing. One lady in particular I couldn’t catch her name. No hello or offer of assistance. Barely a word spoken and I was waiting at the counter to purchase some clothes and had to wait a decent 5 minutes before she looked up from what looked like store stock to acknowledge me. 0 customer service here which is really disappointing as I’ve previously gotten great service from Dotti employees in the past!!
