    My partner and I went to Napier Just Jeans. The sales assistant was surly, spoke to us only as much as necessary, didn't smile was only barely polite. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by wanting help with jeans options. When I went back a couple of days later to buy the jeans (because we couldn't find anything better elsewhere) she was the same, just unfriendly and scowling. She didn't greet me when I came into the shop or offer to help when it was obvious I needed something from a high shelf. When I asked her for help, she did so, begrudgingly. Not great customer service or a good experience in the Napier store.

    Went in with hopes of finding a pair of jeans quickly and we did with the help of the very friendly staff. There was a huge selection of both men’s and women’s Levi’s and Just Jeans own brand items. The store is clean and well-organised with a few changing rooms in the back. Prices seemed reasonable enough especially if the item is on sale!

    I went into the shop to browse & danger danger, way too many beautiful & very cheaply priced clothes. I mean where do you start? Gosh I could have spent hundreds in there & come out with pretty much a new wardrobe. I looked on the website when I got home & kept looking. You will totally love this shop I know I do. The clothes are excellent quality & I can't get over how cheap they were, even the jeans. Yeah when I go back into town I shall return to the shop & buy.
