I visited this shop with my son. Lovely selection of clothing. Very helpful assistant who took the time to understand what would interest my son. It was a successful shopping trip.
Great service, lovely staff, but at the till, they increased the original discounted price quoted by 50%. We were purchasing because it was a good price. Back at our car we realized we were tricked and we did not even ask to see how this was justified, as it happened so fast and unexpectedly. So, love the shirt, but shocked at the unproven price increase.
Bought a Blunt Umbrella from them over the weekend and already received it within 48 hrs! Great pricing, super fast shipping, safe packaging and overall a great customer experience!! I bought a Jacket from Alexanders Havelock North shop, but then decided it was to similar to another I had. They had specifically bought it in for me but were still willing to take it back and offer store credit. Great service. Also bought my new favourite shirt there last week. Their clothes and service are great.
It was my first time going into Alexander’s in Havelock North. There was a young gentleman that assisted me and I found him to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be stopping by again on my next visit to Havelock North.
